KIRA TV is a wall-display app installed in car-rental offices. It pairs to a company's account on the KIRA platform and shows that company's data automatically on the screen. This policy explains how the app handles data.

Data stored on the device

The app stores locally on the TV only: a random device id, a pairing code, and an access token used to link the screen to the company account. These values never leave the device except to authenticate with KIRA servers.

Data displayed

Once paired, the app displays the subscribed company's data (available cars, bookings, deliveries and returns, alerts, operations stats) fetched from KIRA servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect any personal data from screen viewers.
• No ads and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
• No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

Data deletion

Unpairing the screen from the company dashboard (KIRA TV Screens) stops the screen from fetching any data and revokes its access token.

Children

The app is intended for business use in offices and is not directed at children.
